In many industries, wearing a chemical protection suit is required by law, including by the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV). A chemical protection suit provides reliable protection against hazardous chemical liquids, prevents injuries and at the same time preserves product quality, for example in paint shops, by preventing contamination.

However, the high impermeability of many conventional chemical protection suits often comes at the expense of wearing comfort - a problem that we have solved with our innovative SafeComfort chemical protection suit. We have used our many years of experience with technical textiles and nonwovens to develop a chemical protection suit that offers maximum protection and is also much more comfortable to wear.

Innovation: SafeComfort chemical protection suit

The SafeComfort chemical protection suit features a skin-friendly inner surface that can absorb four times its own weight in liquid. This effectively transports moisture to the outside, preventing heat build-up. The result: a cooling effect and significantly greater comfort for the wearer - even over longer periods of time.

The basis is the specially developed material Truetec®, a water-repellent, two-layer microfilament spunbonded nonwoven made of polyester and polyamide.

• Outside: protects against aerosols, particles and - depending on the model - splashes.

• Inside: absorbent, breathable and with high water vapor permeability.

Weighing less than 50 g/m², SafeComfort chemical protection suits combine lightness with high tear resistance and stability.
